2214 Studios is a DIY Micro Event Venue that offers our community the space, equipment and design flexibility for all your upcoming events.
Whether that is for a personal event (birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, micro wedding, reunion) or business need (retreats, company gatherings, classes, professional/self development conf.) and more!
A creative studio for photographers, videographers and content creators to capture their clients in.
As well as a center for pop-ups, workshops, and kid activities open to the whole community.

RENTAL INFO + RATES

Monday through Thursday event. Choose the afternoon or evening slot, each six (6) hours for a flat rate. Full day availability.
Afternoon slot: 9am to 3pm, $500
Evening slot: 5pm to 11pm, $500
Full day: 9am-10pm, $800

Friday event. Choose the afternoon or evening slot, each six (6) hours for a flat rate. Full day availability.
Afternoon slot: 9am to 3pm, $600
Evening slot: 5pm to 11pm, $600
Full day: 9am-10pm, $900

Saturday-Sunday events. Choose the afternoon or evening slot, each six (6) hours for a flat rate. Full day availability.
Afternoon slot: 9am to 3pm, $700
Evening slot: 5pm to 11pm, $700

Monday through Thursday hourly rates available at $85 an hour.
*Minimum 2-hour booking
*The following holidays are priced as a Saturday: Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve.
*Sundays before a federal holiday will be priced as a Saturday.
*Ask about New Years Eve rates and times.
Rental times include all time needed for setup and breakdown.
Hour before 9am or after 11pm are additional fees of $150/hr

We can help with basic set up, so you have one less thing to worry about.
Our set up package includes
Move tables/chairs to suit your needs
Arrange table decor/centerpieces
Set out tableware/serveware/utensils
Place table cloths/runners
Arrange chafer dishes
Organize drinks in bin
Set out desserts/pastries
Put together basic props/decor
The basic set up including everything listed is only $125*
*All you need to do is drop off your stuff the day of your event and it will be set up when you arrive. Additional requests will be priced dependent on time needed to complete task. Set up help must be booked, at least, two weeks prior to your event and is only available for weekend rentals.
Do you need day-of assistance?
If you need extra help on the day of your event whether it’s serving and/or arranging food, packing leftovers or just keeping things tidy, we would be happy to offer a full-service experience.
Day-of assistance rates start at $50 per hour
